Bangladesh bans Far Eastern Economic Review issue - Bangladesh on
Wednesday banned the current issue of the Hong Kong-based Far Eastern
Economic Review, which described the country as "a cocoon of terror". A
government statement said the sale, publication and distribution of the
magazine's April 4 issue had been banned because it contained an
"anti-Bangladesh campaign and statements critical of Bangladesh".
